Amazing ambiance right on PCH! Cute, European style cafe containing yummy panini's, coffees and pastries. Highly recommend if you're in the PV area

Yellow Vase is a dime a dozen in PV, so you go based on location. Without being biased, this is probably the best Yellow Vase location because who doesn't love eating brunch with an ocean view? Located in a corner off Golden Cove plaza, Yellow Vase serves pretty standard brunch food. Chicken pesto panini is a safe option. Can't go wrong with it. The Californian omelette is a nice option if you're feeling more breakfasty. Unironically my favorite part of Yellow Vase was the views and vibes followed by their Spanish latte. The food isn't anything to rave about, you're probably here for the location, so eat, then be on your way to enjoy all that PV has to offer.

This is a super cute cafe with an ocean view. It sits on a main road, so it's easy to find. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The woman working the counter was so nice and knowledgeable. Service is quick. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Clean restroom. Parking is available on the street or in the plaza's lot next door. The cafe was not very busy when I visited, so it was quiet. However, the interior structure and atmosphere seem to lend itself to a more muted environment - perfect for studying or just relaxing. They have a good selection of drinks and pastries/desserts. Everything my party ordered was delicious. Definitely try the Spanish Latte - not too bitter with a little bit of spice. Prices are fair. I can see how this place could easily be someone's regular hangout. I live too far, but it's worth a stop if you're in the area.
